TERMS & CONDITIONS

Validity:

  • Gift cards are valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase.
  • Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.

Usage:

  • Gift cards can be redeemed online at By Ann Gella only.
  • Gift cards can only be used for the purchase of products and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Balance:

  • If the total value of the purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method.
  • Unused balances will remain on the gift card and can be used for future purchases within the validity period.

Non-Transferable:

  • Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be resold or refunded.

Returns and Refunds:

  • If you return a product purchased with a gift card, the refund will be credited back to the gift card. No cash refunds will be issued.

Promotions and Discounts:
