SHIPPING
PROCESSING TIME
Each of our products is made to order, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail. Please allow 5 working days for your order to be processed before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
SHIPPING METHODS
- We offer free standard shipping for all orders within the UK. All packages are dispatched via trusted couriers to ensure safe delivery.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME
Domestic Orders:Typically arrive within2-3 working days after dispatch, depending on the selected shipping method.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.
We take great pride in our craftsmanship and want you to love your purchase from By Ann Gella. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, our return and exchange policy is outlined below.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
Custom products are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Contact our customer service team at Info@byanngella.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to send back your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
REFUNDS
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
EXCHANGES

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
CANCELLATIONS
Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, if production or shipping has already begun, the order cannot be canceled.
