For standard orders, please allow 7-10 working days for production and shipping. Custom-made orders may take up to 14 working days to ensure every detail meets your expectations. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

No, unfortunately, we currently do not offer direct international shipping. However, if you have family or friends in the mainland UK, we can ship your order to them, and they can forward it on to you. For more information, please see our Shipping Information page.

Yes, we offer three complimentary fabric swatches to help you make an informed decision. Please use our contact form, which can be found here, and select the subject line "Fabric Sample." In the message box, provide your full name, address, and specify which fabric samples you’d like. We’ll send them out to you promptly.

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.
