UK-Only Shipping:

At this time, By Ann Gella does not offer international shipping. If you are located outside Main Land UK, you will need to arrange for someone within the UK to receive your order and forward it to you. We are not responsible for any third-party shipping arrangements or costs involved.

Return Eligibility:

You may return non-customised products, including cushions, artwork, and lampshades, within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Custom or 'Made to Order' items cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the product.

Refunds:

Refunds for returned items will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Defective Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
