WARRANTY

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the following product categories:

• Cushions
• Artwork
• Lampshades

This warranty applies to products purchased directly from By Ann Gella through our website or approved vendors.

Cushions: 12 months from the date of purchase

Artwork: 12 months from the date of purchase

Lampshades: 12 months from the date of purchase

• Loose stitching, tears, or seams due to faulty craftsmanship
• Structural defects, such as broken zippers or warped frames
• Fading or deterioration of color (within reasonable wear and care guidelines)

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or neglect
• Unauthorised repairs or alterations
• Damage from exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., sun, moisture)

If you encounter an issue with your product, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Reach out via our contact form or email us at info@byanngella.com with a description of the issue and proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
2. Submit Photos: Include clear photos of the product and the defect.
3. Assessment: We will assess your claim and get back to you within 7 working days.

Upon approval of your warranty claim, we will provide one of the following solutions:

• Repair: If possible, we will repair the product at no cost to you.
• Replacement: If the defect cannot be repaired, we will send a replacement.
• Refund: If neither a repair nor a replacement is feasible, we will issue a full or partial refund based on the nature of the defect.

Shipping Costs: Warranty claims for defective items will be eligible for free return shipping within the UK.

Limited Warranty: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
